Rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2
Main Article Content
Abstract
A new variant of rabbit hemorrhagic disease (RHD) emerged in France in 2010. It was caused by the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus type 2 (RHDV2). It rapidly spread worldwide causing outbreaks in domestic rabbits and commercial farms. This review provides an overview of current knowledge about the disease and the virus.
